Please read everything before emailing me requesting a breeding.
First and foremost DO NOT USE MY HORSES WITHOUT MY PREMISSION. I cannot stress this enough.
Note-all my horses are aging. I do not allow non aging models anymore, sorry.
Open years will be listed for each mare and each stallion. I will normally mark down when a horse is retired.
-r Denotes a real horse. -bso denotes a breeding stock only (meaning it's a pedigree only with no model as of yet). -m Denotes a model (sometimes I do not put this down unless I'm using a real sire or real dam for a model.)
Please try to keep in mind of color genetics when requesting a breeding. I do know that some of my models do not follow this but this was before I knew anything about color genetics.
All breedings are free of course.
I do not do certificates, sorry. If you are requesting one then please go somewhere else. My pedigrees are easily accessible so there is no need for me to do certificates. And I don't know how to do them in the first place.
I do accept BSO/ID only foals. This means you do not have to have a body at the time of requesting parents.
I WILL accept some so called HSOs (horse shaped objects.) Schleichs, CollectAs, Grand Champions, Barbie horses and Papos. If you have a HSO, send a pic with the request to see if I will accept that. I'm not really picky. I'm just not like some in this hobby that demand more expensive models for the foal. Some of us didn't start out with Breyers as our first models after all! Yes I will defend my Grand Champions til the day I die. They are very dear to my heart so I feel a bit insulted when people put them down. :P Not all of us can afford expensive models! Yes I have a few but that took years of saving up and trades which I can't always do ;)
I will NOT allow my horses to have their first foal till age 5. Please remember this when requesting. Yes some of my horses do not follow this rule but it's because I am using them if I have too. But for public use, only at age 5 will they have their first foal.
PLEASE FOLLOW REAL LIFE REGISTRY RULES. I don't care if you have to have a certain letter (or Farm initials and whatever), if the real horses don't have that, then the plastic ones can't either. I'm sorry but Lipizzaners have a naming scheme, I don't care if they are plastic ponies, they still have to follow the rules or I won't breed then. That simple. Thank you.
Also please do NOT ask me to pick out parents for your foal. Do this yourself. It gets really time consuming when I'm asked to do it. So if you sent a breeding request asking for me to pick out parents, I am going to start denying them.
When requesting a breeding please include the following-
Name of the foal (registered name only, I don't care what the barn name is)
Year foaled
Gender
Breed
Sire to be used (please put breed of the sire in () if it's a different breed than the foal.)
Dam to be used (please put breed of the dam in () if it's a different breed than the foal.)
Color of the foal (note if the foal is Gray, please also list the base color)
Pattern (only if Pintos and Leopard complex. And please don't just put overo. Overo is an umbrella term, list if it's Frame overo, splash or sabino please. Also if a horse is Tovero, list the other pattern as Tovero is Tobiano + something else.)
You can add the markings if you'd like
Owner of the foal
If using an outside horse for the breeding, please include that horse's information when requesting a breeding. And send me a three generation pedigree, just so I can see if it will be a good match.
I have so many horses/ids that it's a pain to remember all of them. So please if using parents of two different breeds, please list the breed of the parents after their names.
Only one foal per mare. On a very rare occasion I may allow twins. My Gypsy Vanner mares are allowed ET foals. So if you see a foal for the year you want, I will allow an extra foal (with a different stallion). I will only allow the GV mares to have 2 foals per year and this includes twins.
